half our visitors have been contracting for just 3 years or less.
The
vast majority are UK based contractors, with 7% overseas and 4% out of
work.
Over
half our visitors earn at least £40 per hour (26% earn £50 or more per
hour).
The
average commission charged (where known) is approximately 15%.
Although
the majority work via agencies, 19% contract direct with the client.
Only
26% of those surveyed have had their contracts amended in light of the
IR35.
